Care4MyHealth does not offer refunds for insoles.
Unused insoles in their original packaging may be exchanged for another available size. Used, worn, washed, altered, cut or damaged insoles are not eligible for exchange.
Before returning a product, contact Care4MyHealth at sales@care4myhealth.com and provide:
- Your name
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product and size purchased
- The replacement size requested
After receiving return instructions, send the unused product in its original packaging to:

Please allow approximately two to three weeks after the returned product is received for an eligible exchange to be processed.
Applicable shipping and handling charges may be required. Contact customer service before mailing the product to confirm the current charge and accepted payment method.
