How Fluid-Motion Comfort Insoles Work

Care4MyHealth Fluid-Motion Comfort Insoles contain sealed chambers filled with glycerin-based fluid.

As the wearer stands, shifts weight and walks, the fluid moves gently within the chambers. This creates a soft, responsive movement under the feet and adds cushioning inside compatible footwear.

The insoles are non-powered and require no batteries, charging or external equipment.

How to Use

1. Select the insole size that corresponds with your usual shoe size.
2. Place the insoles flat inside compatible footwear.
3. Confirm that your feet fit comfortably without excessive tightness.
4. Begin with a shorter period of wear to become familiar with the fluid-motion sensation.
5. Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs.

Care Instructions

Hand wash or machine wash using cool water and a gentle cycle. Do not use a dryer. Allow the insoles to air-dry completely before placing them back inside footwear. Do not cut or puncture the fluid chambers.
