We do not accept returns of used insoles. Eligible exchanges are limited to unused insoles and are subject to the exchange terms listed below.
We do not offer REFUNDS for insoles bought from us. However, we will be happy to EXCHANGE eligible unused insoles.

Please indicate the size you are returning for an exchange and clearly state the size you would like sent in its place. Allow two to three weeks for our customer care department to process the exchange.

CARE4MYHEALTH Fluid-Motion Comfort Insoles come with a TWO-YEAR limited replacement warranty.
We will replace any shoe insole found to be defective during normal use for up to two years after purchase, subject to the terms of the limited warranty.
To activate your warranty, go to the Warranty Registration section of our website within 30 days of purchase.
When returning insoles under the warranty, include the original dated sales receipt. After the initial six months from purchase, include $8.95 shipping and handling for domestic returns or $10.95 for international returns.
