- It may take a few days for your feet to get used to the insoles and soreness may occur during the first two weeks. This is because our insoles have a therapeutic effect. In the beginning, your feet may feel warm, as the blood circulation increases. This reduces and stabilizes during the first two weeks because the fluid “exercises” your feet as your foot movement becomes more elastic. For some people, it may take up to two weeks to really start to feel the difference.
