We do not offer REFUNDS for insoles bought from us. However, we will be happy to EXCHANGE the insoles.
(Please note that we do not exchange insoles which have been used. We only accept exchanges for unused insoles.)
Please indicate the size you are returning for an exchange, and make it clear what size you want sent to you in place of the one you sent back. Allow two to three weeks for our customer care department to handle the exchange.
For us to be able to exchange the insoles, please send the insoles in the original package and remember to include shipping and handling of $8.95 (U.S.) / $10.95 (Intl.).

CARE4MYHEALTH Fluid-Motion Comfort Insoles come with a TWO YEAR LIMITED replacement warranty.
We will replace any shoe insole found to be defective during normal use up to TWO YEARS after you buy them. To activate your warranty, go to the "Warranty Registration" tab on our website within 30 days of purchase. When returning insoles, include the original dated sales receipt. (After the initial 6 months from purchase, include $8.95 S/H domestic or $10.95 international.)
When you validate your warranty, you will be asked to give your email or cell phone information, which can be used to send periodic texts for special sales offers. These are exclusive offers available only to those who validate their product on the website.

We are confident that you will love your CARE4MYHEALTH Fluid-Motion Comfort Insoles. It may take a few days to get used to your insoles, and for some people, it may take up to two weeks to fully break in.
During the break-in period, your feet may feel warm, and some soreness may occur as your feet adjust to the fluid motion with each step. This typically reduces and stabilizes within the first two weeks.
