Unfortunately, no. Due to the personal nature of the insoles, we do not take back used insoles. Make sure you get the correct size when you make your purchase.

The insoles are hand or machine washable. However, DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE DRYER.

 The average user reports that the insoles last anywhere from 1-2 years. We offer a 2-year warranty which customers are encouraged to register online by scanning the QR code available at the time of purchase and on the back of the packaging.

However, we will be happy to EXCHANGE the insoles.
