THERAPEUTIC MASSAGING INSOLES
You can use them during a low impact workout or activity, such as golfing, bowling, hiking and walking on the treadmill. We do NOT recommend them for high impact sports.
You can use them in any shoe, including sandals or shoes with a thong. For sandals and thongs, we recommend that you put double sided tape at the bottom on the insoles so they do not move.
Insoles can go flat due to a number of reasons. To avoid them going flat, we recommend that you keep your shoe free of debris and hand or machine wash your insoles in cold water weekly and let them air dry.
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty for insoles, which means that they are covered against damage during normal wear for 24 months. You will need to validate your warranty on our website within 30 days from date of purchase.
Unfortunately no. The main reason is because the insoles are personal wear product, as well as a wash and wear product. As a result due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns and give refunds.
We can exchange the insoles as long as they have not been worn and they are in the original packaging. To avoid returns and exchanges, please refer to the size chart before purchasing to ensure you get the right size the first time. You will also save money because there is a shipping and handling charge of $8.95 for exchanges.
1. What is compression therapy and how can wearing compression stockings help?
Compression therapy applies a type of elastic device on limbs or other body parts to exert a controlled pressure on them. The device squeezes the vein walls together and improves the circulatory rate to reduce tiredness and swelling.
2. What is the difference in compression levels? The higher the compression level or compression strength, the tighter the compression stocking. These levels are measured in millimeters of mercury (mmHg). We offer our socks from 15mmHG to 30 mmHG.
3. How does this help when traveling or with health issues like Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)?
An effective way to keep your legs healthy during long periods of being immobile such as air travel, injury or after surgery is wearing graduated compression stocking. Compression stockings and socks exert a comfortable pressure on the outside of the leg to support the veins and vein valves.
4. How do I care for my compression socks?
Hand or machine wash (gentle detergent and cycle) in cold or lukewarm water. If you machine wash, we recommend placing the socks in a linen or mesh laundry bag for extra protection. To dry, we recommend air dry only and do not dry clean.
